Prenatal Care: Don't Take Any Supplement Without Asking Your Doctor

When I became pregnant with my first child, I was so excited! I also had a lot to learn. I was having a lot of back pain during pregnancy, so I was eager to find a natural supplement that could help it. I found one at the local health food store that looked like it might work, so I bought it.
